When my mom and I walked into Bliss, this was our first time looking at bridal gowns for my wedding. We were greeted by Tammie and not knowing at all what we were really looking for, she gave my a few catalogs to look through to see if something caught my eye. In the first catalog I opened, I found my dream dress! Although the dress wasnt available in the boutique to try on, Tammie pulled a few similar dresses for me to try on. ALL of the dresses that are in Bliss are stunning! I tried on 4 or 5 dresses but none of them made me feel the way I felt when I saw that one dress in the catalog. My mom and I left that day to think if we should go forward with buying that dress in the catalog without ever seeing it in person.
My sister thought I was CRAZY for wanting to buy a dress that was in that catalog and not trying it on first! That is a lot of money to put down on a dress that has no guarantee to being that exact dress in the picture. I didnt listen to her, that day we went back to the boutique and put in our order!
Only 2 months later (It came in early!!!!), Tammie called me to tell me that a gorgeous package came in today! My mom and I rushed over there to see my dress and when we pulled up our eyes got SO BIG!! Tammie had dressed her front window mannequin in my dress and it was hands down the most amazing dress I had ever seen!!!!!! It was the perfect entrance to our first fitting!!
I wasnt sure on the sizing when we first ordered it because I had my daughter only 5-6 months before at the time so I was sure that we would have some alterations done. I walked out of the dressing room with the biggest smile on my face! IT WAS PERFECT! MY DREAM DRESS WAS MINE!!!!! And guess what, the size was PERFECT! No alterations were needed other than taking it up on the bottom just a little.
2 weeks before my wedding I went in for my last fitting with Janice who handles the alterations. Turns out, I lost weight! (YAY!) but now I needed it to be taken in 1/2 inch on both sides at the top. Not a problem, I had my dress all ready to go for the wedding 1 week before our big day!
Between Tammie and Janice, these two ladies are awesome!
During our entire experience with Bliss Boutique I felt that Tammie really made sure that everyone was happy. One of my best friends who was supposed to be one of my bridesmaids was expecting her first child the week of the wedding so she wasnt sure if she would even be able to make the wedding at all, instead so she didnt miss out on the dress, Tammie let me have my whole wedding party come in for a fitting just to see the dress! That same day Tammie had a wedding to go to so she was going to close a little early and she wasnt feeling too well on top of it but she stood strong and let us have our moment! THANK YOU FOR THAT TAMMIE!!!
Overall, I know that no matter what style of dress you are looking for or what price tag the dress may carry, Tammie WILL find you your dream dress! I fully trusted Tammie and Janice and I do not have one complaint about Bliss Boutique! They helped me with my perfect fairytale dream wedding!!!!
